DR SHARON ONG

MBBS, FRACGP, BMedSc (Melbourne), Master of Family Medicine (Singapore), Master of Public Health (Monash), PG Cert in Med Ed (Newcastle UK), Fellow Higher Education Academy (UK)

Dr Sharon Ong graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2008 and is a Fellow of the RACGP.

Dr Ong has more than 15 years’ experience in general practice with special interest in chronic disease management, preventive health, mental health, and minor procedures. She is a Visiting Medical Officer and has admission rights at Koo Wee Rup Regional Health Service. She believes good healthcare starts with listening, understanding, and working together to support your health at every stage of life. As your local GP, her focus is on helping you achieve your best possible health.

In her spare time, Dr Ong enjoys volunteering in her local community, baking and spending time running along the Bayside picturesque trails. Dr Ong looks forward to contributing her expertise to our community.
